Emergency Preparedness Children’s Colouring Competition

Time: 2.00pm to 4.00pm
This Children’s Coloring Competition is open to children age between 5 to 8 years old.

Prizes
1st – $30 Popular Bookstore Voucher + a gift
2nd- $20 Popular Bookstore Voucher + a gift
3rd – $10 Popular Bookstore Voucher + a gift
4th to 10th – $5 Popular Bookstore Voucher + a gift

Priority will be given to Ulu Pandan Residents

Rules & Regulations
1. This Competition is open to all children aged 5 to 8, staying within Ulu Pandan Constituency or studying in schools within the Ulu Pandan Constituency. 凡住在乌鲁班丹集选区或在区内的学校就读, 只要年龄介于5到8岁之间都有资格参加.

2. All participants must complete their colourings within 1 hour 15 minutes on the spot unaided and to submit them by the specified time. 所有参赛者需要在1小时15分钟之内完成作品并呈交予主办单位.

3. All participants are to bring along their own colouring materials and equipment (board, colour pencil, paints, water colour etc.). Colouring paper will be given on the spot and will bear the official stamp. 所有参赛者必须自备绘画材料. 主办单位只提供画纸. 所有作品必须使用主办单位提供的画纸.

4. All submitted entries will become the property of the organisers who reserve the right to display and reproduce them in any form. 所有呈交给主办单位的作品将成为主办单位的财产.
