Interest Groups Workshop
We have arranged Interest Groups Workshops for Qigong, Chess, Tea Appreciation, Pickle Ball, Tai-Chi Quan and many more to come as part of the event.
You may take part in the various workshops for free and join the Interest Groups. There will be more activities awaiting for your active participation.
Session 1
8.30am to 10.30am

Qigong is an amazing energy producing Chinese movement technique that many doctors now recommend for relaxation, reducing stress and even helping the body to heal when sick. Regular Qigong practice can reduce pain, stress and the effects of sickness from the body.
Qigong combines focused concentration with simple movements and balanced breathing in a controlled way. Its simplicity makes it easy to learn and easy to do for most people.

Chess has long been regarded as a game that can have beneficial effects on learning and development, especially when it is played from a young age. Below are some of the most critical benefits that chess can provide to a child:

The game of pickleball was invented by Joel Pritchard, a U.S. Congressman from Washington. Pickleball is a combination of tennis and ping pong. It is great for hand-eye coordination, helps to build self-esteem, can be played indoors or outdoors, can be played by any age group and is a ton of fun.
